Struggle

I watched your lips
while you talked
I couldn't help myself
your words fell on deaf ears
while I imagined the taste of those
luscious lips
the length of that
pure tongue
the heat of
your moist breathe
my eyes remained
locked on your lips

You spoke
I blinked
you smiled
I squinted
you continued to talk
I bit my own lip
felt my heart race and
my temperature rise but
I missed all the conversational cues
even skipped over being embarrassed
lost in the thought
of those lips
that mouth
those eyes
your hands
low waist
thick legs
look up, look up
focus, girl please, focus
just keep your eyes
above the neck

So I watched your lips
while you talked
engaged in a conversation
all my own...

If I Kiss You

If I kiss you
will you tell
spread the word and
inform the hemisphere
destroying a second opportunity
or another chance
ruining what could have been

Or will maturity
seal your lips and
keep you waiting, wanting
knowing more is in store
once you pass this
trying test

If I kiss you
will you stand still
allow me to
trace your lips
fill them in
touch and caress them
while hands rest
along your chest
tasting you and
enjoying the deepest intimacy
fulfilling every form
of a true kiss

If I kiss you
can you stand it
withstand it
contain yourself while
heartbeat quickens and
pressure rises
tingles began to spread
through the roof of your moth
along your spine
travel down your thighs
invading your entire body
until the slightest touch
resonates like electric shock

Yep. All that from a kiss
I promise
If I kiss you...

May I?

Your love is a deep well
May I drink from your depths?
cherishing every precious drop
this hallowed bank of golden spirit
your essence, streamed and plentiful

Your love is a meadow
May I sit on your grassy mounds?
peaceful and content
as your breathe blows trees
swirling around me
sprinkling orange and red leaves
all over, uncovered, free.....
